I enjoy experimenting with new ideas and thinking outside the box, which is why making digital experiences smooth and enjoyable is my favorite kind of challenge. Through deep research, user empathy, and rigorous testing, I create intuitive designs and write clear, engaging copy with a thoughtful voice and tone that align seamlessly with user needs. Whether it’s a mobile app or a web product, my goal is to make it look it visually appealing, easy to navigate and even a little fun.
My Story....if you're still curious
My passion for making people’s lives easier first led me to study social work, where I developed a deep understanding of human psychology and strong empathy skills. This foundation shaped my approach when I joined a rotational internship program at Uber, and later returned full time working in collaboration with multiple teams to enhance the user experience of the Uber Eats experience for restaurant owners.
At Uber, I leveraged these skills to listen to the challenges clients faced while navigating the platform, assisting multiple restaurant owners with smoother onboarding and improved sales. Through this experience, I realized the power of design in creating intuitive, impactful solutions.
Now, as a Master of Design student at the Illinois Institute of Technology, I’m honing my skills in user-centered design and problem-solving to craft intuitive and impactful experiences that make everyday interactions seamless and enjoyable.
